1 Dont not stay at this place at all
I would consider going here very carefully, i was traveling alone to start with and had already paid for them to pick me up from the resort and then bout one and a half kilometers from the resort the driver stopped and i had to pay another fee to get into the resort to use the road this was 40 tala and every time you drive out and wanted back in you had to pay was this right? and i should have been told as i already paid to get them to pick me up. and also they were very last to pick me up from the airport. Then on when i got there my room was not as it was in the picture and was yuck very unclean ants and bugs everywhere and old sheet on a thin mattress and pillow that would have been put twenty years old. I didnt like it here and called my friends to come get me they arrived and started laughing as a female cannot not stay by themselves -- it's not safe at all. it's all open and nothing to lock up at all if you want a padlock to lock one little cupboard up you had to pay a lot. So we went to front desk and told them she said i wouldnt get all my money back just the cancelation fee i would have to pay i said thats alright i dont mind that. So i left and had a great time in samoa i then realised i left my boots at this resort so i drove for an hour there (let me remind you this place is in the middle of nowhere) when i get there they were very rude to me and they all said they hadnt seen my boots so i left and meet this man on the way and for some reason he had ny boots explain this? so i went back to the village i was staying in not very happy bout this. When arriving back to NZ i called my travel agent she said she would give them a call and sort my refund out and there was reply was no the reason they said is because i stole the pillows and sheets -- now why would i carry around pillows and sheets for, especially when they were yucky. who in their right mind would steal them and plus as everything is open anyone could take them look at my boots for example. So now it is going to be a long wait to get my refund as it is my word against theirs -- so please people read this and take it in. its not a nice place -- all the beach looks nice in the photos they show but really you cannot trust this resort the conditions are really poor and is a dirty place If traveling there first time a suggest going close to apia much more things to do and see and everyone friendly there and not out to rip you off like virgin cove.

1 After making a telephone reservation for a $70 fale, we arrived to be told we had to take a $90 fale as they had double booked. As this is more than we wanted to spend (and it's ten-minute taxi ride back to the main road, never mind the next resort), we asked if we could take the fale offered at the price agreed -- "No." Despite this, we were placed in the worst-placed fale, next to the bar and noisy children. We moved the next day to a $70 fale, which turned out to be bigger and more secluded, although the jungle surroundings in the whole resort make this a breeding ground for insects (and stay away if you don't like crabs -- in the hundreds!). Our final evening was rounded off by a chicken dish that left me making frequent trips to the toilet for a period of days, and, judging by the state of the toilets on the evening in question, I wasn't the only one. Many people speak highly of this resort, but I am sure they are referring only to the cove and beach itself, which is lovely (although not a patch on beautiful Lolomanu). Be very sure this is a place you want to go before taking the lengthy taxi journey.

5 Really enjoyed staying here. Booked the Honeymoon fale, and loved it. Beautiful beaches, great swimming. Great to have no power, and to get away from it all. Take a torch or battery lantern! Great food and cold beer. Can't say enough about the place. Very friendly staff and locals. Great activities arranged for the morning, leaving loads of time to relax in the afternoons. Really good environment to meet other travelers, and make friendships. This is not a five-star resort! This is getting away from the hustle and bustle. There is nothing to do here except swim, read, sleep, relax, drink a few beers. we'll be back!

5 You've got to check out this place. It may not be your eight-star hotel but if you want to check Samoa out and find out the real way they live. This place offers a lot of hospitality, friendship, and at the end of the day you've gained alot of Samoan friends and whole lot of Samoan culture. If you want to find the real Samoa, visit this place. I guarantee you you're in the hands of the best. What more could you ask for?

5 I stayed here in 2002, but I've just been thinking about it again, as I am preparing to go travelling again. Great location, lovely people, authentic experience. Hospitality second to none. You will be made to feel like one of the family! Spotless toilets and showers. Gorgeous fales [huts]. If you want clean, comfortable, friendly, traditional accommodations in Samoa you cannot get any better the Seipepa!

5 Everything about Seipepa is great. The people are nice, especially the people who work there. They made me feel welcome at Seipepa, like it was my own home. They're cool. The rooms are great, beautiful, more than I expected. I recommend everyone to go there.

5 Very good breakfast, nice people, and clean toilets and showers. There are a lot of flowers everywhere. It is the perfect distance from town. I hope I can stay there again soon. They give a little bit of themselves to everybody--I really did like it.

5 I worked here for six months, and it was the best learning experince I've ever had. It has changed me in the most positive way. I was lucky enough to be in paradise and to work with the wonderful people at Seipepa Samoan Travel Home. Thank you, Mats and Sia for everything, and I really want to come back some day. And if you see this, give my regards to the rest of the friendly staff at the Seipepa Samoan Travel Home. Many hugs from Liselotte.
