3   Up and down. This is an odd hostel. The dorms are like apartments, crammed full with bunk beds. On one hand, this is pretty cool. Each dorm gets its own bathroom and kitchen area, and there is plenty of space to hang around in. However, the dorms aren't very secure. The lockers are very small ... not even large enough to fit a small suitcase, meaning that you have to leave your belongings out in the open. Also, this hostel lacks a common room or activities, making it difficult to meet people if you're traveling on your own. The front desk staff are helpful every now and again, but they're quite tightfisted and disorganised.  , age 20, Australia ()
3   Normal hostel I stayed in dorm room. bathroom and restroom were together. when someone is in bathroom, you can't use the other. only one blanket was in bed but air conditioner works well. the hostel will be better if there is free water, coffee and tea services.  ()
3   Nice enough staff and ok services but could be cleaner and more upkept Location is very good though.  , age 29, SWEDEN ()
3   Good location but minor issues The location is great, close to everything, the rooms were clean but the beds are small, a few of the staff were unfriendly, security was a little lacking at times and the cleaners when asked to change the bed sheets made a fuss but did it at 5 p.m.  , age 38, Canada ()
5   Great central affordable stay for backpackers! Stayed here with my sister for 3 nights in April 2013 and found it excellent value for money. We booked a private room with a 'double' bed because it was about $10 a night cheaper than the twin room, and it turned out to be a huge king and comfy, so was no problem to share. The room wasnt super flash, but it was clean and comfy with a good shower, towels, fridge telephone and microwave. there was no kettle, toaster, mugs, plates or cutlery though so keep that in mind. We caught the light rail there from the greyhound station as there is a stop right across the road from the downtowner which was super convenient. The public transport was great, and we could walk to the water front and park easily. The airport shuttle does a pickup outside too which was great for our early morning flight. Would definitely stay there again. If your getting tired of dorm rooms and want a few nights to yourselves this is a good place to stay.  , age 30, New zealand ()
