Being easily accessible from many tourist attractions, the Luxury European Hostel is just a 10-minute walk from the Star Ferry and the China Ferry Terminal.

The Luxury European Hostel has newly decorated in 2010 and comprises 18 guest rooms, all of which include facilities for business and leisure travellers. 3.***Facilities*** we have input many useful facilities in guest room and our hostel.
We have internet broadband access in all guest rooms and in the lobby of our hostel. There are some mini-fridges in guest rooms and one common fridge in the lobby. All guest room are equipped private bathroom with hot water, cooler, air-condition, colour television with Cable TV and ESPN. Cleaning Towel and soap is provided in all guest rooms. Also, there are telephones in all guest rooms and customer can use it to get unlimited free local calls.
4.***Service*** trying our best to make customers feel comfortable is our aim.
We provide laundry service, morning wake up call service, ironing service, food ordering service, China Visa service, soft drink, coffee, milk, and tea selling service. Bottled water is free of charge in our hostel. If customers want, we can pick customers to the Air-port Bus Station or guide customers to sight-seeing places. Air-ticket and Train Ticket Selling are also included.
5.***Security*** very safe and 24 hours security guard is on duty!
Different from other hostels, we have our own security guard to look after our hostel. They are very friendly, helpful and honest. Furthermore, all the rooms have lock and customers have their own keys. Nobody can enter their room without request (including our staff).
6.***Staff*** extremely friendly, hardworking, honest, patient and helpful!
Our staff is well-trained and they can speak fluent English, French, Japanese and Mandarin. Our reception is 24 hours, and the reception is open 24 hours and welcomes all the customers' enquiries and give customers tour information all the time.

the staff are friendly and accommodating, the place is clean, and quiet. you get value for money. the ads in the internet and the comments of other travelers are true. the place is safe. once we're inside the room, we feel very secure. the staff made our stay comfortable. the room seems like home with the efficient space built for Asians. We felt like a tourist just like everybody else billeted in the hostel.

If you have to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui for Chinese visa or shopping or Indian food, there's nothing wrong with Chungking Mansion, or Mirador, or the like. Freaky as they might seem, they feel safe and fun. There are late night Middle Eastern eateries and no weirdness, expect visual.All hostels on 15th floor Block C function via one reception manned by barefoot but competent African youths. I suspect it doesn't matter which marquee you book with: Marco Polo, or Garden, or Luxury European... I stayed in a single ensuite room. It was adequate and not smelly. It was slightly larger than the bed, air-con was kinda noisy, bed linen was washed old, total Kowlooon Walled City outside the window.

The hostel itself and the room wasn't to bad but the building(chong king mansion - it houses thousands of hostels alike) first floor is filled with guys trying to sell stuff to you as walk through to get to the elevator. Not very safe for a single female traveler. The single ensuite room i stayed in had terrible food smell coming in, had to keep the window closed all the time, but it still smelled.

Great Hostel and Honest Host This Hostel was located in Chung King Mansion Block C,Floor 15. And my room with fresh air different to others lower floor hostel, coz so close to the street and always be noisy and I can't sleep well. And this place look new and clean.
