5  Great place This hostel has a great atmosphere. It's very easy to meet other travelers here -- a real bonus for single travelers. Free meals, great multilingual staff, near the bus-line, walking distance to most major attractions. I'd go back there to stay in a heartbeat.  , USA ()
5  Simply perfect! Harmony hostel has it all. From lockers in the dorms to wireless internet on the rooftop. It has brilliant views of the Galata tower across the Golden Horn. Its located close to the Grand and Spice Bazaars and also walking distance to the railway station and ferry pier. Omar is very hospitable and makes a smashing breakfast (free) for his guests every morning. A small kitchen if you would like to make your own meals. Hookah pipes aka nargile are available. Well worth every Lira!  , Kenya ()
5  More like a home than a hostel We stayed at Harmony Hostel for the whole of our week stay in Istanbul and couldn't have felt more at home. The staff are incredibly welcoming and laid back -- Canan in particular made us feel part of the Harmony family. The hostel itself is great -- cosy enough to meet people every day, central as you can get and good value with free breakfast and dinner. We love these guys.  , England ()
