Gortin Accommodation Suite & Activity Centre Hostel

A warm welcome awaits everyone to the four star ****Gortin Accommodation. Situated in the scenic Sperrin mountains, it is the ideal location for touring all the North of Ireland including the
hills of Donegal,Fermanagh lakelands, Derry's walled city and of course many others.
The accommodation includes 4 rooms of 6 bunks (24) and 4 family rooms which have a double bed and two singles (ensuite).
The accommodation has wheelchair access and adapted facilities making it ideal for the less able as well as families. Included in the price is: hot showers, bed linen, heating and electricity. On site there is a laundry room, pay phone, bicycles for hire, internet access, sports hall, conference facilities, tourist information,
fully equiped kitchen and Tv lounge.
For Families there is a play park on site and a rainy day pack of games is available on request. A cot, highchair and stairgate can also be reserved on request.
Families and groups are equally welcome. Activities can be organised for groups of 8 or more to include: canoeing, raft building, orienteering, hill walking, gorge walking, team building activities. These activities can all be done within 3 miles of the accommodation. Other activities can be organised within a 12 mile radius include: horse riding and go karting.
Gortin is part of the Ulster Way and cycling network. There are many cultural sites to visit in the area including standing stones.
Gortin village will only having around 450 inhabitants has lots of amentities including: 2 grocery shops, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a garage, 2 restaurants, and of course 4 pubs!
