Comment by kevin PIECE OF SHIT HOSTEL DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!, NZ
May 2007
We stayed here for one night and couldn't believe we had to pay any amount of money to stay here. They should have paid us. The lights had to be turned on downstairs first. There were dirty mattresses and two out of six dirty sheets hidden in a cupboard that had mice, a few dirty, lumpy pillows, drunk morons through hostel being noisy til 4 a.m. Doors slamming, bedbugs, and yes we have lots of bites to prove it. Internet was slow. Didn't even look at breakfast, grabbed our stuff and ran to the metro at 8 a.m. This place seriously should be condemned. Spend the extra coin -- go somewhere else and quickly.

the rooms are too small for six persons. the showers are dirty and it's a long way from the metro to the hostel. i never would go to this again.

This place is dirty. Dirty bed covers, dirty walls, dirty bathrooms, dirty floors... etc. There are also plenty of comments on the doors, beds, walls about how filthy things are and how some people have been bitten by bugs while sleeping (luckily, didn't happen to me). However, if you like to wake to 2nd grade drawings of female genitalia, then you should definitely stay here and ask for room 1.
I just wish that my compañera had read the other comments before she booked us there for one night.

If you can, book another hostel. The staff isn't very friendly, with exceptions. The room is filthy with bad bathrooms. The breakfast is ugh! The best thing about the hostel was the people we shared room with...

It's not very clean. The first day I saw my bed was broken. The breakfast was sort of good, but the evening dinner wasn't very nice. I didn't like it at all. The beds were dirty and the staff weren't very nice. So I don't recommend it!

I forgot to say that the staff are friendly, but have big problems speaking English. I'm happy because I speak Spanish. :)

I stayed here in May, 2004, and it's a long walk uphill from Joanic. It's clean enough, but the travelling parties of schoolchildren were a bit of a drag, and it's not very central.

He estadoen este hotel en enero. Las habitaciones no están muy limpias y me desapareció mi chaqueta, no lo recomiendo. El desayuno estaba bien.

I stayed at this hotel in September. It's up hill in Gracia . The rooms are simple and clean. The only problem is the bathroom, 8 showers and no doors in each one, just courtains so no privacy, in addition it's mixed so... no coment. The breakfast is ok and the computer is really old, it's like a 70's hostel.
