This hostel is beautifully set. There's a nice courtyard that's just perfect for some time spent lingering. It's set in a quaint little peaceful neighborhood. We had a car to get to town. The room was basic, but smelled strongly of cheese. I'm not sure why, and I don't think all the rooms do. We had a room for four with a sink - bathrooms were down the hall. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean and well- kept. Bring your own towel, sheets and membership card and save some money. I'd definitely stay here again, and request the non-cheese rooms.

Clean and charming, like you'd expect in the city of Hans Christian Andersen.

Very friendly, very clean, the garden is just great. It has a feel like coming home... the walk into town takes a bit, but is pleasant.
