Situs hostel is a newly opened hostel in the city center, about a 10 minute walk from the bus/train/ferry station with no minimum night stay .
Hostel is newly renovated, offers mixed dorm rooms sleeping 4,6 or 8 people, huge common room, kitchen facilities,free internet, free individual lockers, comfortable beds with linens included.
Every room is air-conditioned. Common room is equipped with TV, video, air-conditioning and other facilities to make our guests comfortable stay.
Newly opened Situs private Apartment is a separated attraction of the Situs hostel.
It is small loft penthouse located in the city centre 5 minutes walk from bus/train/ferry terminal and only 3 minutes walk from the main street of the city centre.
Ideal for a couple or a single wanting more privacy.
Kitchen (refrigerator and cooker), nice bathroom and one double bed room with : TV, Wi-Fi, Hi-fi & Air-conditioning.
All that in a cute 30m² penthouse. Linens and towels included.
Please note: Apartment is situated 15 minutes walking distance from hostel! Hostel can arrange transfer to Apartment.

Overall good hostel. Nice communal area with TV & free Internet - it felt more like we were staying in an apartment than a hostel (albeit with dorm rooms). Big lockers were provided to store luggage.

This hostel was fantastic, the staff were really helpful and nice and the location was brilliant. Its a great place to meet loads of people and also quiet at the same time. I would recommend this hosel to anyone and would definately come back here.

This place is great, it's more like a big share house than a hostel. I ended up staying an extra 3 nights here. Peter, the guy that runs it is great, so helpful and friendly and anything you need or want he will accommodate you in any way he can. He really takes pride in the place and it shows in how homely it is. The place is really clean and has everything you could imagine including clean, well equipped kitchen, good WiFi connection though out the hostel, computer, huge TV with playstation, lockers and air con in rooms.

Can not say enough positive things about Situs hostel. Location is close to the centre of town, Peter is amazing, always asking if there is anything he can do anything for us. Last minute arrival changes meant that we had one extra person and everything was done to accommodate this. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.

Situs Hotel is exceptionally clean. Peter does a fantastic job of keeping the place immaculately clean. He was very helpful and when I was there I wasn't feeling well and his mother took great care of me, making me tea and giving me aspirin etc. I am very grateful to them both and I couldn't recommend this hostel enough. It's safe, secure and you're sure to get a good rest there!

Great atmosphere, quite close to the town centre and the bus station, good for having a look round Split. The guy who ran the place was a fantastic, really helpful at providing tips about good places to go (cheap places to eat, good beaches, sights worth seeing). Would definitely recommend it if you are thinking of spending some time in Split.

I liked the fact the the rooms were very clean and large. The common area was always kept tidy and clean. Even though it was a little out side of the center of the town it was close enough that you could get to the center quickly but you didnt hear the sound of people all night long.

Peter, who runs the place, was an incredible help..the place is extremely well serviced, perfectly located right next to the old town and the cafe's, restaurants, pubs and sights.It was a great stay, and even though my train was at 10pm, i was allowed to leave by bags in the hostel until the afternoon.I would definitely recommend a stay at this hostel..

Peter was extremely attentive and accommodating from the moment we stepped in the door. He pulled out a map and told us every single detail about the city and was happy to help with any issues we may have. The refrigerator was available to anybody, including the alcohol. Bathrooms were clean and the people were very friendly.
