Very helpful staff, bar downstairs was open. We got bumped up to an ensuite double from a dorm as they had no record of our reservation - they didn't seem to be open with almost all of the 10 or so people there being seasonal workers.

Their was a bar attached, the rooms had a TV, the rooms only had four beds so this was fine for a tv. They let me check out at 3pm with no extra charge because it was the off season.

Such a bargin the cheapest place I've stayed by far! I was expecting something to reflect the price but this wasnt the case. The 2 bed dorm I stayed in was ample size and very comfy and even had a tv which I didnt expect. The location is ideal as not far from Fox glacier or lake matherson (a must do) and right next to cafes and shops without the noise.
