Clean, tidy, quiet, good free Wi-Fi
Stayed there twelve days and enjoyed it. Some construction next door to fan rooms for 40k (single) or 50k (twin/double) so moved to other side quiet and air con rooms (60k single 70k twin/double). more of a guesthouse with cheapest internet in town 200kip per minute and very helpful owner/internet manager. Free, fast Wi-Fi covers first and second floors. Well located on main road only one minute from main bars, but quiet at night. Twenty-four-hour reception/staff very helpful and Nom deserves a pay raise! Clean rooms and sheets/towels on request. Will go again.
