Along Via Vittorio Emanuele are Churches, ancient buildings, the Roman Theatre with its Museum, the houses of Vincenzo Bellini and Giovanni Verga, and the Dome. But also the Baroque Via dei Crociferi, the medieval Ursino Castle, the ancient University (founded in 1434) and the Theatre "V.Bellini" are not far.

• How to get here
• It is very easy to reach us, it is just 3.5 miles from the airport (Fontanarossa/Bellini), from there you can use the bus service (AMT) towards Piazza Duomo bus number 457 here you can walk starting enjoying the history of the city or take a bus towards Via Vittorio Emanuele 932 / 958/628/836/925/902.Stop at the across of Plebiscito street nr 527 .If you want you can arrive by taxi: it will cost around 20 euro.
• From the central station you can take the Amt bus nr 431 Nero (black) that will drop you in Plebiscito street. By car we suggest you to check this good map link .More over you can follow
• the street signs towards to Catania Centro.
