Located just a minute from local Bus stop, info centre, Surf Beach, Shops, pubs 7 Cafes makes the Lodge the ideal place to stay. With free off-street parking you can park your car and not have to worry about driving in Apollo Bay.
The Lodge has a seperate Dorm Lodge. It also has private 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments with their own Kitchen and Lounge with TV & DVD. These may be rented as Family or Single apartments. Doubles and Twins are available with private bedroom and shared facilities.

We stayed in the private room - which was more like a self contained bungalow - has its own kitchen, living room, dining room bedroom and bathroom. Really nice, very spacious, very clean, and everything in good condition. Coffee and tea was provided. There is a real wood fire you can use - you buy wood from the shop over the road. Gorgeous bathroom with a hot tub!!! Great location, just 1 minute away from restaurants along the road in front of the beach. Safe carparking too. Would definately stay there again.

Definately would recommend the self-contained Room#1 to others. The biggest bathroom we have ever seen, with a Spa & fire-wood Fireplace! Really nice!

Wonderful facilities: the showers and bathrooms were new, well lit, well equipped, and spotless; hands down the best facilities we've ever used at a hostel in our travels through five countries. Breakfast was also spectacular: a variety of delicious choices in a well-equipped kitchen. Loved our stay and would stay again if ever back on the Great Ocean Road!

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he personally showed us around the hostel so that we knew where everything was located.Lots of comfortable sofas to lounge around on.

There are two hostels operating under same name (same company) but we stayed at the recently converted motel. We had 2 bed dorm (paid for 4 bed dorm) & free breakfast. Tea/coffee 24 hours - shame only stayed 1 night. Manager was so accommodating - eager to please.

Good value We stayed in a double room in Dec' .08. Very good value, It was more like a house! The fridge was already stocked with bread, spreads, and milk.
