Description
Monarch Hostel is a "working backpacker", which means that this hostel provides you a job. Most of the positions available are as tomatoe piker. This is team contract: you pick tomatoes with 12 others guys, your wages depend on the amount of tomatoes you have picked with your team, so don't be lazy, don't work with lazy people.
Each full bin gives your team $80 before tax (not $85).
If you are not experienced in fruitpicking I advise you not to go in this hostel, you'll get low wages ($40~90/day) and rent is still $180/week.
If you leave the hostel you also have to quit your job.
