5 Authentic human touch, warm welcoming, and comfortable place
Authentic human touch, warm welcoming, quiet and comfortable place -- if this is what you are looking for, this might be the right place. I stayed here for three nights, and have been traveling many places over thirty-five countries recently. It was quite better than any other hostels described by a guidebook as a five-star hostel somewhere else. This place run by charming, friendly, young Portuguese and English couple, who are also seasoned travelers. The staff has been enthusiastic for helping. The location is quite perfect, it's all walking distance -- from the square of Bairro Alto and Rossio, a five- and twelve-minute walk from each. It is a easy access from Cais do Spdre, not the step stairs to reach it. I simply hope that I will be able to go there one more time one day.

5 Friendly, warm, clean
i was so lucky to find a place like lisbon calling -- all by chance. the staff cleaned up a beautiful, charming old building; added a great kitchen and some really cool bunk beds. the staff are so nice, helpful, friendly, and just chill. the place is clean, and colorful, and quite honestly i dont think there's much more that you could want in a hostel.
