Description
A variety of rooms are available in this hostel: double rooms, queen sized rooms, three-bed rooms for families, and dorm rooms with four beds. All the guest rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and hot-water supply system. LCD TV is provided in the standard rooms. Wireless internet connection is accessible in the bars and reception lounge.
Both Chinese breakfast and American breakfast, western meals, cappuccinos, a variety of beverages are available in the restaurant and the bar on the second floor.
Recreational facilities include billiards, wall-screen LCD TV programs, and DVD movies. Self-service laundry is available too. We have a daily bus going to the scenic area of Huangshan Mountain. We can also help you book tickets, reserve hotel rooms atop Huangshan Mountain and make arrangements for your sightseeing.

We had a double room at a discount (member) price made available by booking via hostelbookers. The room was perfectly adequate, the air-con heated the room sufficiently. The bathroom facilities were fairly new, towels and liquid soap were provided.
Just like we hoped, the staff was competent and helpful. They made arrangements for the transport to the Huangshan mountain. They had up-to-date information on which parts of the park were closed, and were able to book dorm beds on top of the mountain for the lowest price available (prices we saw later on the top were somewhat higher). The staff also sells tickets to long-distance buses, with pickup. The system of selling bus tickets and hotel rooms by other hotels and private tour guides is universal throughout the mountain, so it is safe ans secure to pay beforehand.

The staff is very helpful with the bus tickets and tour guides. The hostel is very cheap for what it offers. The instalations are nice and clean. The food is very good. The location of the hostel is in a very nice street of the town.

Even though we arrived at half past midnight the staff didn't have any problems helping us with the planning for the trip to the mountain. Location is perfect, atmosphere is very good, and the staff is just amazing. Would come here again and i definitely recommend it!!!

The hostel has a good location right in the middle of the old part or town. There was free access to the Internet and wifi in the bar/ restaurant but not in the rooms themselves. The food in the restaurant is okay and not too expensive. Staff were helpful with booking our transport to the mountains although they could do with explaining the transport a little better as it was a bit confusing on the return journey, particulary as the map that we were given was out of date and showed the bus location to be in a completely different place!

Rooms were clean and restaurant/bar at the hostel were a good way to meet people and a chance to eat non-Chinese food. Good location-- on the famous Lao Jie (touristy but fun). The staff was also super helpful about answering questions, arranging transportation, and booking a room at the top of HuangShan (I called in a few days in advance). My partner and I had a very positive experience. Our room even had AC!

Hostel is centrally located in the Old Street. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I booked 2 nights and arrived late in the night (1:00), so I asked for Private Room instead of the dorm I booked. No problem at all and the nice girl at the reception only charged me for one night cause it was already so late! Rooms are very modern and clean, nothing to complain about. Definitely an upper-class hostel! Thanks!

The rooms are nicely seperated from the lounge area,the computers all seemed to be working,the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all ensuite.It was only about an hour to get to Huangshan from here.The balcony was very cozy and overlooked the Old Street.It was easy to find and only a short walk from the bus.

Great location in the old street. Nice bar with free WiFi, pool, table football, books, etc, although a bit cold in the winter. Hostel provides good value tours to Xidi and Hongcun villages and bus to Huangshan, although only in chinese.
