The Hostelz.com Review
Lisbon Vintage Hostel is a very stylish and friendly place. It's situated in a few minutes from the underground station, has a nice patio, and provides all kind of facilities (even a free washing machine!).

The Location

Hostel is in a few minutes' walk from underground station "Campo Pequeno" (just in three or four stops by metro from the historical center). There are bus links to the center as well. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. There is large, free car parking in about ten minutes' walk from the hostel.

Rooms and Bathrooms

The hostel is newly decorated. It has private rooms for pairs and mixed dorm with three two-storied beds. Bed linen is included. The spacious dorm has shelves to place your belongings and a locking door with key. There are two bathrooms and it looks like a bathroom in a royal palace -- very spacious, with large bath, wide mirror, towels, and even a bidet! There is no need to say that everything is kept very clean.

Common Spaces

The kitchen is not very spacious but perfectly supplied with new equipment -- cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, lot of nice dishes and cups, and towels. Breakfast is included and they do natural (not instant) coffee for breakfast! And one of the most important things if you're traveling more than a few days -- they have a free washing machine! In reception (open twenty-four hours) there are two computers with free Internet (Wi-Fi is also available). The sitting room looks like a picture in a design magazine -- very comfortable sofas and armchairs and a huge TV with lots of DVDs. The atmosphere in the hostel is very friendly and warm, there is a lot of information about events and sights in Lisbon (maps and fliers). They have a very comfortable and stylish patio with benches, a table, and a sunshade -- very conducive to chatting with other backpackers.

Summary

This hostel is an excellent and very recommended place to stay. It is a very stylish, comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped hostel in very nice area.
