Hostal Salou

We are the Hostel of reference in Salou, as our name indicates. Open since 1955 we have added 3 floors to the original 2 and added a winter garden/game room with billiard and table games, a mini kitchen area for our guests to heat their meals is our latest addition.

We have 46 rooms of various sizes, starting with double rooms (twin bed or 2 single beds), and triple and quadruple rooms, and dorms with 5 - 7 beds. All rooms have bathrooms en suite. Total number of beds 100.

Salou is a prime spot on the "Gold Coast", with many attractions. Just to name a few:
One of the best and very ample beaches. Only a 100 meters away.
Activities for families with small children, the "now generation" and all those "young at heart".
Port Aventura theme park (Universal Studios), 5 minutes by train or car (you can also walk there).
Pubs, bars, discoteques and many restaurants within walking distance.
Sun, sun and more sun to enjoy at the beach or in the nearby mountains.
Freestyle climbing in the mountains of Prades and Monsant (ask at the front desk).
Meet people from all over the world….find love & romance…..practice sports of all kinds (windsurf, golf, karting etc.)…..or just get that special suntan….in two word: RELAX & ENJOY….!!!!
Only one hour from Barcelona and 10 minutes from Tarragona by train for those that want to enjoy city life and cultural activities.
