Trippy's Hostel is a communal environment set in a secluded garden compound with a volcano view in a quiet part of town but within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and facilities.
We have dorm beds, private rooms, and VERY hot water! Our kitchen is one of the best around, fully equipped for you to cook (or bake) yourself a feast.
For your convenience we also provide, local grown organic coffee and a delicious breakfast in the mornings.
Communal dinners are not uncommon! And we make delicious indigenous dinners Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 7-12am. For only 30 quetzales (less then 5 dollars!!) Laundry service is also available, or you can wash your own in the garden pila
Trippy's also features a private bar for residents of the hostel, an artisan shop/studio featuring work by travelers and locals, fire/bbq pit, hammocks, and a pillow-filled, palapa-covered outdoor lounging area right in the middle of the garden.
English, Spanish and Tzutujil spoken on premises.
