The location of this hostel is really good, near the station and the town centre. First we were shown to a room with only one spare bed for two of us, but they sorted this out quickly. The room and bathroom was clean, and air conditioning was great. Be warned that they only accept cash as payment. A sociable hostel that i'd go back to, and much better than the one it is adjoined to.

The location of this hostel is very good. It is a two-minute walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the beach. There was some confusion as the room we were allotted in the morning was re-allotted to someone else. And when we came back, they said we had to separate. However, when we requested them to put us together, they obliged. The bathrooms were kind of small and had no locks. Overall it was ok.

This hostel was ok, but the bathroom let out an awful smell, and we had to climb what seemed like a thousand stairs to get to our room on the fourth floor. Its location is good, really close to the train station and a ten-minute walk to the beach. We liked our room a lot more when we met our roommates. The rooms are big, the beds are small, and bathroom door didn't shut well. Not too bad of a hostel but it wasn't the nicest one either.

They lock you out of the common room early!!! I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hostel is clean, but has no atmosphere. It feels like a hotel.

Although it the sign says 3 stars, Antares is anything but. Located right next to the train station, there is the constant noise of screaching trains all night so remember you earplugs if you are thinking about staying here. The hostel is also located a fair walk from the beach, but it is still walkable if you are on a tight budget. The dorm rooms are extremely small and they have cramed in as many bunkbeds as they possibly can, so there is littleis any room to move. There are also no windows, just a sky light, so it is very uncomfortable in the room with no natural ventilation. Aircondidtioning is offered. There are also private bathrooms although with the lack of any ventilation they smell very mildewed. Antares and its neighbouring hotel share an outside kitchen, which is really just 3 sinks and one very old stove to share between all the people. Dorms are 19 euro a night. I would recommened looking else where.

Antares is located next to the railway station. The beach is a ten-minute walk away. The hostel staff are friendly. Our room was not that big, but it was safe and clean. All together, a really, really good hostel.

When we arrived late at night there was a large queue of people all competing for a room, in very vocal French, waiting in the queue in the small lobby area we had no idea what was going on. Despite reserving a place via the internet, the owner had no rooms left and panned us off to a mate round the corner, which luckily for us turned out ok.
