We are conveniently situated 6/7 minutes from the main bus station, and only 8 minutes on foot from three parking areas at “P. Il Campo” (Porta Tufi); Pay parking (street) near Porta Romana and also covered parking (with escalator) taking you directly to the centre (Porta Ovile).

helpful staff, Fabio carried our suitcases up the flight of stairs for us. he gave us suggestions of where we can visit, eat and drink. laundry facilities and kitchen available to use.

The manager was really nice! During check-in, he showed us our room and the facilities before we signed to take the room. The location is great! It's just a walk from the Piazza del Campo, and the miniresidence is sparkling clean! The main desk has a huge stack of travel guides on Italy and Europe to consult. Our room was big and had a safe where we could lock up smaller items. Our room even had two desks and two wardrobes, and I could watch CNN and BCC on the TV!
