Take the Kaohsiung MRT and get out from R19station exit4, keep walking toward Kaohsiung Bank and than turn right to Zhisheng Rd. Go straight for about 1-2mins you will see the Chunghwa Telecom building on your right hand side. Keep walking till you see the Zhisheng Cram school and you should turn right into Zhongzhen St.
