Enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of Hacienda Venecia, situated in the mountains just 20 minutes outside of Manizales. Transformed from an old coffee pickers’ lodging, our hostel is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and paths amongst the coffee groves. Each bed has a large locker, bedside shelf, and small locker with a plug socket inside.
During the day take advantage of the many trails we have for some spectacular views of the farm, or relax in one of our hammocks or alongside our guesthouse pool. And at night, master one of the local Colombian games Tejo and Rana.

• 1. Arriving at Manizales local airport. You can take a cap from the airport to the bus terminal ($12.000 COP approx. / 2016 fee) and from there take a bus from Autolujo bus company to San Peregrino Bridge ($3.500 COP / 2016 fee). Crossing the bridge there is a restaurant call Las Palmas, this is our meeting point, call us from there to pick you up to bring you to the farm (free shuttle service available from 10 am to 5 pm everyday). Note: Call service at Las Palmas Restaurant. Or we can coordinate a cap to pick you up to bring you directly to Hacienda Venecia ($45.000 COP / CAP / 2016 fee). • 2. Arriving at Pereira international airport. Take a cap from the airport to the bus terminal ($15.000 COP approx. / 2016 fee) and from there take a bus ($12.500 COP approx. / 2016 fee – 45 minutes) from any bus company to Manizales city (be sure that the bus is taking the Coffee Highway (Autopista del Café), and not the old way to Manizales. Ask the driver to stop at San Peregrino Bridge, 20 minutes before to arrive in Manizales city. • The entrance to Hacienda Venecia is located on the coffee Highway, 20 minutes (10,5 Km) from Manizales city, towards Pereira. The entrance is on the direction Pereira - Manizales, so if you are coming from Manizales city, you must to do a return at Tambo La Manuela (you will find the sign on the Coffee Highway). The entrance is just before the San Peregrino Pedestrian Bridge, a white metalic arc above the highway and next to Las Palmas restaurant.
