At the hostel you can take part in a number of activities - kayaking, rock climbing to name a few. The area is a paradise for walkers, golfers and those interested in outdoor adventure.

• Located in Carlingford just 20 minutes from Dundalk, 15 minutes from Newry. Public Transport will get you to either Dundalk or Newry and local buses run to Carlingford.
• The major roads that service County Louth are the M1 ( N1) - the main Dublin-Belfast route, and the N2 - the main Dublin - Derry route.
• Follow signs for M1 towards Belfast.
• Travel on M1 to the end (approx 80 kilometers) and take 3rd exit at roundabout - signposted Carlingford.
• Follow the road around to next roundabout and take second exit - signposted Carlingford.
• Follow signs to Carlingford - there is just one left turn to do just 3 kilometers before you get to Carlingford but it is well signposted.
