An excellent hostel the best hostel ever! very clean, spacious rooms, tv, big closets, very nice staff, breakfast, and tee! and in the city centre, close to everything you need to see in Sofia! — bob , croatian (2010-01-04) This IS the place to stay in Sofia Downtown Hostel was recommended to us by a friend living in Sofia for our visit here. The entire hostel is immaculate and modern. My wife and I stayed in a double room and found it clean and very comfortable. The staff is hospitable and made us feel welcomed as if we were guests in their own home -- in fact when our GSM failed to work -- they offered us a loaner to use with our Prima SIM while we were guests. That kind of service you would only get at a five star hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped and thoroughly functional. This hostel is located very close to excellent shopping and restaurants not to mention the more important Bulgarian cultural and civic landmarks. If you are staying in Sofia and want to use your money wisely, this hostel is a sure bet. — D Harrison Culler , United States of America (2009-12-20)
