every member of staff speaks adequate english; gave info; were easy to approach
and they are nice.
clean sheets and towel; it is a small hostel with small rooms, so no space for lingering and hanging out.
20 min walk from hermitage; but just under 5 min to street with restaurants and ATM

Most fantastic place ever to meet so much foreign people in a short time! Also staff was very very friendly and helpfull!!! Couldnt have wished for a better hostel in SPB to be honest.

Perfect!!!
I went there lot earlier then I was supposed to, they woke up, warmed some water for my feet (cause I was freezing ouside), gave me hot tea....lol and put me on the bed, to rest a little, and when I woke up they even went with me to the pharmacy, because I had hurt my fingers with the cold...lol
really,m felt more then at home...!!!
was perfect! really loved everything....
also, it is really well located, really close to the main attractions of the city,m and you can do pretty much everything by foot!
Really recomend!!!

One of the best hostels in St-Petersburg!!! Only 10 mins by foot from the center, it's located closed to a metro station. The staff is just super, you won't regret staying there!!

The location was excellent, each person could have their own locker. You could do your laundry for free and hang dry it easily. The one blond employee Anna was so helpful, she made everything amazing, I would stay there again just to see her again.

I stayed in apple a while ago and it was a great time. i must say that i didn't expect Russians to be so friendly and accomodating.The hostel is lovely, clean and cosy. People there were very interesting. The staff is excellent! Girls will help you with anything you ask. Thank you Anna ( with dark hair). charming girl.Apple hostel is a good choice. The location was excellent. Really easy to find and close to the train station from Moscow. The free use of the water cooler was good. Nice rooms with really really sound proof windows.

The hotel is excellent! The problem is that the common room, internet and kitchen are in the same area and therefore becomes very crowded. There is a need of a proper kitchen or at least a place where you can prepare your food without interfering with those watching TV or surfing the net.
Overall the hostel is nevertheless great.
