Description

A beautyfull Colonial house is located in the hart of Cuenca two minutes walking from city main plaza.
Privadet rooms around two beautiful and light ful "patios", ful kitchen facilities, laundry, excellent mattresses, hot water, moto and bicecle parking place, discounts for longer stays.
We offer a clean and orderly room when the new guest arrives to our hotel.
Our house is well located, beautifully decorated
For environmental reasons, we do not change sheets daily,
We offer additional service room cleaning, if you need, please ask at recerption
We have shared kitchen for guests
The breakfast is selfservice service
To have these economic prices, we have a minimum Staff, for this reason we ask you the arrival hour, to wait for you.

• Our accommodation is very easy to find.
• You can come by bus as well as taxi.
• You can take any bus going to the centre of the city. You must ask for the nearest stop to Santo Domingo or take a taxi. The price of a taxi is $2 from the bus station or the airport whilst a bus is only $0,25
